Royal Mabati Director charged with tax evasion

The managing director of Royal Mabati Factory Limited Mr. Moses Ikinya Kang’arua at the Milimani court on 24th September 2019 where he was charged with tax evasion counts amounting to Kshs. 900 million. Mr. Ikinya appeared before Milimani Court Chief Magistrate Hon. Francis Andayi. He denied all the charges and was released on a bond of Kshs 3 million or alternative bail of Kshs 1 million. The case will be heard on 29th October 2019.
