Presidential Aspirant Reuben Kigame on What would have happened if He was cleared to vie for President of the Republic of Kenya by IEBC. He was speaking in the sideline of the Inaugural Ubuntu Special Needs and Inclusive Conference at the Kenya Institute of Special Education KISE in Kasarani Nairobi yesterday evening.

Clive: Hon Reuben if the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC had cleared you to Vie for the position President of the Republic of Kenya, How many votes do you think you would have garnered?

Reuben Kigame: listen and listen well there would have been two elections. The one on August 9th where am sure I would have garnered maybe 4 or 5 million votes thereby making it impossible for either of the two top candidates to garner the requisite 50%+1 And the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission admitted in court that that was the case. If they had put me on the ballot non of them would get the requisite 50%+1 votes so there would have been a second election and in the second election I would have won because if you look at the margins? Those who did not vote were more than 8 million. And this percentage is the majority. Those would have been my votes
