MUSLIM SUPREME COUNCIL SENDS MESSAGE OF GOODWILL TO PRESIDENT ELECT WILLIAM RUTO

The Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims SUPKEM, The National Muslim Leaders Forum NAMLEF and the council of Imams and Preachers CIPK organizations representing 5.2 million or 10.9% of the Kenya population early today afternoon sent a message of goodwill to President elect William Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua on their confirmation as 5th duly elected President and Deputy President by the Supreme Court of Kenya

Speaking at the SUPKEM offices in Islamia house along Njogu lane in Nairobi the clerics commended Kenyans for waking up a peaceful country even after the validation by the supreme court of Kenya and also thanked outgoing President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta for ensuring peaceful transfer of power.
