The Kenya Scouts Association has today resume operations after getting sued by Mr Francis Juma, a former member of the association who has suspended and later expelled by the organization.
The organization which has members to the tune of 2.5 million members had its operations suspended on April 6th 2022 by the high court of Kenya after seeing sued by Mr. Francis Juma. The organization however remained tight lipped on why the former member decided to sue the organization citing it prejudicial to a court process already underway involving the organization.
