IEBC WANTS TO SUPPRESS VOTER TURNOUT WITH SUSPENSION OF GUBERNATORIAL VOTE IN MOMBASA AND KAKAMEGA C

In response to statement issued by IEBC chairperson Wafula Chebukati today afternoon on the suspension of voting for Gubernatorial Candidates for Kakamega and Mombasa Counties dues to errors in the printed ballots. Brigade of Azimio secretariat led by Suna East Member of Parliament tonight at a Nairobi Hotel have come out to point out the through the suspension of voting for Gubernatorial Candidates in Mombasa and Kakamega county IEBC is out to suppress voter turnout in the AZIMIO coalition strongholds as they may not vote for popular gubernatorial candidates.
The secretariat urged voters in the said regions to come out in Large number and vote for the presidential candidate Raila Amollo Odinga and the suspension only affected the Gubernatorial Candidates and not the presidential candidates.
